When I meditate I usually will stop after eating for 1 hour before i meditate again. I like my self to be at ease and at a level of comfort when I meditate. That is why when my stomach is full I stop or don’t meditate with a full stomach. Also during extreme weather I only practice mindfulness.I find it diffulcult to find a deep meditation under these extrem conditions. To find Mindfulness and and concentration are the buttresses of meditation.An amazing author to follow on the subject of meditation would be Ram Dass. His work is a cannon woth of liturature and a well know among a schlorly socity.
