Even though I have meditated for the last five years every day at least once, and have stayed mindful, I still study my notes from the start periodically with a beginner’s mind. The practice is most important to keep coming back to. Knowing the practice so intimately, that you can teach it to another person .and even guide a person to knowing, awareness, with enthusiasm and empathy about meditation. As a certified meditation teacher, if you are not warm about meditation practice, feeling some of its positive energy, I suggest stop and come back to it after a week. If you have practices more then a year.
