One can go about 52 days without eating. One can go about 3 days with out water. How long can you go with out air? Yes, its just that important. By learning to control our gift of air we gain. Yes this is very common 😀 Try this: close your eyes( taking time for your self Away From Distraction) Sit with an erect spine , but not too erect. Breath from your belly(2 inches below the navel)8 deep breaths. At the end of a deep inhale pause briefly and at the bottom of the exhalation pause briefly. you can do this any time.
