Assume a comfortable meditation position. Looking into the infinite darkness of your closed eyelids (your dark cave)while breathing out through mouth three times and imagine you are expelling toxins each time in the form of a gray smoke.. The infinite darkness goes on forever like outer space with no stars. It’s ok to see or have visions in the dark cave while in the dark cave but don’t force them…. meditating and breathing. Breath, slow,even, smooth, deep with a slight pause between the end of the out breath and the beginning of the in breath breath through the nose and with the lower belly moving up and down, diaphragmatic breathing.
